With my experience of 11 years as a CIO, as well as a total of almost 30 years in managing IT teams at user companies, consulting firms and IT service providers, I can quickly fill critical gaps. I would also be happy to help with the search and selection of the permanent cast and the on-boarding.

• Coaching – Do you need someone to support your IT managers as a coach and sparring partner with advice and support? I would be happy to help your new managers in the background to deal with the complexity of the task, avoid critical pitfalls and ensure the necessary transparency and efficiency that your company needs.

• Assessments – Do you need someone to carry out an independent expert assessment or a complete analysis of your IT organization, processes, IT system landscape or individual initiatives? With my many years of experience as a CIO, IT service provider and strategic IT consultant, I can quickly identify critical points and deviations from industry best practices and suggest and evaluate possible solutions.

• IT strategy consulting and implementation – Do you want to define a new IT strategy, with associated KPIs with which you can measure the success and value contribution of IT, and/or do you need someone to also organize the implementation? Someone for whom IT strategy is not just colorful visions in PowerPoint, but rather daily practice, including the associated change management for your employees? During my time as CIO at Premiere/Sky and ADAC, I received several awards for my IT strategy, including the Handelsblatt IT Strategy Award 2014.

And also include new approaches from digitalization, the shift to agile project implementation and the cloud?
